HANOI, Vietnam (Nov. 14, 2018) -- With the mission to promote Hanoi to international travellers, Hanoitourist and OPENSEA officially launched the Bon Bon City Tour at Thang Long Citadel on November 14. Industry leaders and media representatives were in attendance, and guests enjoyed a sample tour around the city on the Bon Bon bus.
Hanoitourist, an established brand in Vietnam, and newcomer OPENSEA together created Bon Bon City tour, a retro experience of Hanoi for travellers to discover the charms of the capital.
Bon Bon City Tour is a hop-on, hop-off journey for tourists to have a flexible and diversified itinerary while exploring the city. Passengers get a full experience with their choice of city packages.
The buses’ interiors are customised to create a feeling of old Hanoi, and the buses’ exteriors are painted a warm yellow colour to welcome guests on board. Two buses run from 9am to 4pm every day, with a 30-minute interval between schedules.
The Bon Bon City Tour itinerary includes nine cultural and historical stops on 23 streets in Hanoi, such as Thang Long Citadel, Tran Quoc Temple, Long Bien Bridge, Vietnamese Women's Museum, Temple of Literature, and Fine Arts Museum.
Travellers can use headphones to hear a multilingual audio guide or download the Bon Bon City Tour mobile app for more information on each site.
