HA NOI, Vietnam (Aug. 17, 2020) -- To help Vietnamese plan their Tet holidays, Vietnam Airlines Group -- comprised of Vietnam Airlines, Pacific Airlines and Vietnam Air Services Company -- is putting two million tickets up for sale. 

Passengers can buy tickets from August 18 on Vietnam Airlines’ website, mobile phone app and ticket offices across the country.

Vietnam Airlines Group will also prioritise increased flight frequency on high-demand routes such as Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City, Vinh, Can Tho and Phu Quoc; and routes from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang, Hai Phong, Thanh Hoa, Vinh, Dong Hoi, Hue, Pleiku, Nha Trang and Quy Nhon.

Vietnam Airlines Group will also maintain its comprehensive pandemic prevention procedures and standards to ensure the safety of passengers and the community. Aircraft and equipment are sterilised and staff are equipped with protective clothing. Passengers will have their take body temperature taken before entering the plane and are also requested to wear face masks during the entire flight. Services on board are also simplified to avoid contact.
